The Little Park - RV Park Policies and Rules

Check in: 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm

  • If you would like to arrive prior to check in times, please call ahead to be sure that your site is available.

  • Given the nature of the small community and the driveway, it is preferred that guests check-in during daylight. Should you need to arrive after 8 pm please call ahead to give advance notice.

  • For assistance with directions directly to The Little Park, backing in, setting up you may contact the on-site manager as listed. Be advised management/owner will not operate your vehicle nor equipment, but will be happy to provide directions or guidance.

    • Management/owner are not responsible for damage to your equipment nor our equipment or grounds.

Check out: 11:00 am

Cancellation: 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.

  • We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature or early departures.

No Show policy: Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in a cancelled reservation and full forfeiture of funds.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am

  • TLP quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am. We ask you kindly to always consider your neighbor during your stay. TV and radio sound travel to your neighbor.

Gate Hours: 7:00 pm - 8:00 am

  • Between the hours of 7pm and 8 am we ask that you close the gate entrance behind you when entering or exiting the park.

Security: Our Park is monitored by video surveillance. Management monitors and enforces campground rules and regulations for everyone’s safety. In addition, local law enforcement is located near the park. We ask that you notify management of any security concerns. We suggest that you secure your valuables at all times. The management or owners will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property by or any unforeseen acts beyond their control. Trespassing on sites or adjoining property is prohibited.

Rules & Policies

  • Other than RV use, no other use of water or sewer sources are permissible.

  • Trash is to be placed in the provided container. Please do not leave your trash un-contained outside for any time. We ask that you keep the perimeter of your unit and site clean, tidy, and rubbish free.

  • No site may exceed a maximum of 6 people.

  • Political flags and/or signs, other than the US flag and military service related flags, are not to be displayed or seen from outside.

  • Discharge of firearms is prohibited.

  • No fireworks are permitted.

  • The management or owners are not responsible for damage to guest RV’s under any circumstance.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to The Little Park Property and damage fees will be assessed accordingly.

  • All persons using the Park’s facilities do so at their own risk.

Smoking and Alcohol

  • The consumption of alcohol is to be enjoyed in a responsible manner. Drunkenness, use of illegal drugs, and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Alcoholic beverages are to be consumed by adults 21 years of age only. If you are offending this policy and rules you will be evicted from the campground. In conclusion, anyone using illegal substances will be asked to leave the campground immediately.

Animals:

  • To prevent injury to your animals, please keep them on a leash (no greater than 6 feet) at all times.
    • Service animals in a working capacity are allowed in all public areas of the park when accompanied by a visitor with a disability; and,

    • Service animals should be harnessed, leashed or tethered unless such devices interfere with the service animal’s work, or if the visitor’s disability prevents the use of these devices. In that case, the visitor must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls.

  • In the event that your animal is left unattended, and this results in noise concerns and /or damage, a fine will be incurred and you will be contacted by Management to rectify the situation. If the situation is not resolved, you may be asked to vacate the premises. The Little Park does not accept responsibility for liability for unattended pets.

  • Any animals showing aggressive behavior will be asked to leave and you will not be given a refund.

  • You are held responsible to pick up after your animal. Not cleaning up after your pet may result in an additional clean up fee of $50.

  • We ask you to show respect to your neighbors by not allowing your animal to bark and disrupt their peace and privacy. If a barking problem persists The Little Park may request the animal to be removed from the property.

  • All guests are responsible and liable for any personal injury or damage caused by their animal with regards to other guests.

  • All domestic household animals are required to be inoculated and shall wear identification tags.

  • Management reserves the right to deny a Guest a pet if the proposed animal would pose a threat to the health and safety of other guests.


  • Management reserves the right to evict from properties and forfeiture of all monies paid should Guest disregard policies set forth.

Management reserves the right to change, rescind, or modify any rules and regulations at any time without notice.
