The Little Park is a cozy, fenced and gated, community made from a residential home and 5-RV spaces. TLP is comprised of long-term tenants and vacation-stayers. Located halfway between Bloomfield and Farmington, The Little Park is nested on a cul-de-sac with quiet neighbors.
The Space:
Water, sewer, and 30-amp electric hookups available.
Wi-Fi available.
Up to 35' vehicle for RV Space #3. Back-in only.
Expect to back-in down a driveway approximately 100 ft long and 15 ft wide. Please view pictures.
There are no external facilities (toilets, showers).
Site rental is for one RV and one car only.
Locked storage area for bikes, skis, or other gear - coming soon!
The (Little) RV Park is completely fenced and separate from the residential home with gate access to the street.
The Little Park is less than a mile on surface roads to the McGee Park & San Juan County Fairgrounds, and SunRay Park & Casino. Access to San Juan River and biking/hiking trails is also convenient.

Turn right onto Road 5474 just after the Sherriff's Office.
The Little Park is about 500 feet down Road 5474, on the right. You will first pass the gated entrance to the residential home, and then the second gate with the long driveway is the entrance to the Little RV Park.
